I am the youngest of 11. I graduated from Clark Atlanta University. I worked 25 years with the Federal Aviation Administration. Tania, my wife, attended Devry Tech University. She worked for Arvida Homes but later became Office and Accounting Manager for Kara Karavan Doors. We both started to understand that we would never make the money we wanted to make working for someone else’s company. We then started a Marketing business from home and it did well; so both of us did an early retirement from our jobs. We are big with personal development and treating customers with dignity and integrity-when customers spend their money, we want it to be correct the 1st time. We are so enjoying being a franchisee with GRIDMASTER SOLAR ONE because of the ideals of this franchise and in alignment with our own personal ideals and present exactly the opportunity we are looking for to fulfill our goal of ownership.”

Michael Henry serves as CEO and Founder of Gridmaster Solar One. It is perhaps the role that all of the many years of his business history has prepared him for. Gridmaster Solar One is a business venture that is very near and dear to Michael’s heart because he leads by serving others and Gridmaster Solar One is a timely opportunity to accomplish his goal of leading 2000 successful franchisees to share in the historic transition to solar energy.
Although that is quite a significant goal, Michael has played a leading role in the molding of other business leaders for over 44 years.

He received a 2 year Associate’s degree from MATC and his entrepreneurial mindset was first revealed as he owned and managed a very successful bakery in Milwaukee Wisconsin for over 7 years. He then went on to serve in a leading role in the Financial Services industry where he built a massive Team of over 2000 Financial Services Brokers reporting to him and the leading team members that he groomed in the process throughout the U.S. His Team Building efforts accrued to the production of $3-$6 million in Sales. Besides his 23 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, he has 9 years of Team Building experience for various products and services ranging from Health to Technology and Marketing. He sold electricity during the deregulation era and with his keen sense of business, he has steadfastly positioned himself for the transition to solar energy not only as an awesome sales opportunity but as an equally fulfilling opportunity to mentor other franchise owners.
Michael was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and he has lived in Wisconsin, Illinois, Georgia and he currently lives in Florida with the love of his life, his wife of 42 years. He is the father to 3 children, 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. His hobbies are reading and travelling via RV so as not to miss any of the beautiful sights across the country. And it must be noted that Michael lives the way he leads. Both his home and RV are equipped with the clean energy of solar panels.
